Medium red. Subtle red berry nose shows a suave, herbal aspect, with gentle mineral and baking spice qualities adding verve. Taut redcurrant and wild strawberry flavors offer impressive clarity, with silky tannins adding structure. This has pinot noir-like vivacity, spiciness and red fruit character, finishing with tangy grip and sneaky length. Is this ready for the modern zin world?
