Score 87-89/100 · Drink 2024-2029, Neal Martin, Jan 2023
The 2021 Marsannay Les Grasses Têtes has the most powerful bouquet amongst Clair's Marsannays, though the Longeroies has more mineralité and complexity. The palate is medium-bodied with a slightly candied entry - desiccated orange peel mixed with allspice, the finish just a little disjointed at the moment.

Score 89-91/100 · William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Jan 2023
The 2021 Marsannay Les Grasses Têtes is the most muscular, structured of the Clair Marsannays, exhibiting aromas of spices, sweet berries and petals, followed by a medium to full-bodied, fleshy palate underpinned by plenty of sweet, powdery tannin.
