One single, 390-litre oak barrel. 100% new oak – obviously! 12 months in oak, then in tank until bottling. Tank sample. Huge volume and amplitude. Myriad complexity from the fresh, currently deep citrus and apple and quince fruit, but also the oak spice. Almost torrefied. Endless and seamless with driving focus. (MH)
