Tasting notes
Moderately saturated medium red. Captivating, rather exotic nose offers raspberry, marzipan and sweet underbrush scents. Silky on entry, then spicy and firm in the middle, with captivating peppery lift to the flavors of cherry and smoked meat. Finishes with superb purity and length. Very complex, soil-driven wine with the structure for a long life in bottle.

Medium red. Very Vosne nose combines spicy red and darker berries, red licorice and medicinal herbs, all sexed up by exotic white fruit nuances. At once silky and racy in the mouth, conveying superb flavor intensity and energy without any impression of weight. Finishes very long and juicy, with fine-grained tannins and palate-saturating perfume.
Pale ruby. Scented, focussed, but relatively light and tart. Not much fun at all. Quite a bit of structure though and just about enough flesh strung in between it. (JR)
