Good full, deep red with ruby highlights. Aromas of blackberry, licorice, violet and minerals; very much a Vosne-side style of Nuits. Sweet and dense but tangy, with black fruit flavors energized by harmonious acidity. Finishes with nicely integrated tannins and very good length.
