Super savor amidst the yeast sparkles deliciously with petrichor, smoky crushed yarrow, clover and tart red apple, creating a disarming aromatic matrix. This has some initial reduction that gives way to tropical fruit, with a herbal touch as well as white pepper. The palate is medium to full bodied, more full than medium, with expressive stone fruit but also angularity in the profile. This needs some aeration. Drink or hold. But will improve with a couple of years of bottle age.
