Matured in a mix of concrete, oak and amphora, the 2025 Cincuenta y Cinco takes the citrus accents found in the Sin Azufre bottling and puts them center stage against a backdrop of red fruits with mossy undertones and the supreme delicacy that permeates the Chacra roster, developing an increasingly spry and lively energy with aeration. The mouthfeel delivers a beautiful mix of elasticity, tension, breadth and purity, all of which add up to a strikingly pure and expansive finish anchored by strident mineral textures, crunchy acidity and the saline accents found throughout the range.
