Good medium red. Redcurrant, blueberry and a whiff of game on the nose. Ripe and moderately sweet, with a menthol cast giving the mid-palate a slightly medicinal quality. Finishes with dusty tannins and good length.

Deep medium red. Reticent aromas of black cherry, menthol and minerals. Suave and smooth but taut, with good mineral and medicinal energy to the black cherry and licorice flavors. Not hugely concentrated but juicy and fruity, with enticing lift from mint and menthol.
