Tasting notes
The 2024 Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru has a bright nose but not as open as the Champ-Gain at the moment. Hints of lemon verbena and apple blossom emerge. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, though here I would have liked a little more grip and depth on the back end. Relatively early drinking for a Grand Cru but very appealing.

About the producer

Domaine Faiveley is one of Burgundy’s most important wine producers. The family-owned estate, now in the hands of the seventh generation, is one of the largest in the region, with significant holdings in both the Côte d’Or and the Côte Chalonnaise.
