Score 85-87/100 · Drink 2023-2028, Neal Martin, Jan 2023
The 2021 Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Blanc Clos St. Philibert was caught by the frost resulting in a small quantity this year. So it is neither filtered or fined, therefore this cuvée will only be sold in Europe. It has an attractive apple blossom and Anjou pear scented bouquet. The palate is well balanced, straightforward, light acidity with a slightly tangy finish. Fine.

The 2021 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Blanc Clos St. Philibert exhibits aromas of green pear and pastry cream, followed by a medium-bodied, rich and fleshy palate that's impressively ample and textural for the vintage.
