The 2022 Sensibility showed beautifully, with a gorgeous red-fruited, spicy, floral perfume as well as medium to full-bodied richness on the palate. It’s soft, supple, and incredibly elegant, with fine tannins. The blend is 84% Grenache, 7% Syrah, 6% Graciano, and the rest Clairette.
The 2022 Sensibility lifts from the glass with a perfumed blend of wild strawberries, sweet sage, stone dust and spice. Pure elegance, it offers silken textures that envelop the palate with ripe red and blue fruits. The finish shows a gentle tug of fine tannins and a hint of sour citrus, adding lovely inner tension as it tapers with incredible length. The Sensibility is a blend of 84% Grenache co-fermented with 3% Clairette Blanche, along with 7% Syrah and 6% Graciano.
