Tasting notes
Keever's barrel-fermented 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley saw only 15% new French oak and stayed on the lees for just four months prior to bottling, so it's on the more citrusy side of the spectrum, with plenty of grapefruit up front, then some slightly riper notions of guava, melon and green figs. It's medium to full-bodied, almost a bit sweet across the mid-palate, then turns tart and chalky on the finish.

A borderline outstanding white, the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc has lots of ripe citrus and subtle tropical, minty nuances in a medium-bodied, charming, nicely balanced package.
The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is a very pretty wine. Light tropical notes meld into a core of citrus confit, white flowers, mint and jasmine. There is an exotic quality to the 2023 that is quite attractive.
