A pungently penetrating nose of lemon peel, sage and pennyroyal anticipates the piquant, zesty aspects of this wine’s palate performance. But happily, there is also a wealth of primary lemon and orange juiciness as well as a more soothing, coolingly minty green herbal aspect. The mouthwateringly sustained finish adds luscious mirabelle , a surprising undertone of stone and a dose of saliva-liberating salinity.

Wonderful pink-grapefruit and muscat nose that bowls you over. So joyful and really rather subtle for a seriously aromatic grape variety. Very bright finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.
