Adam's 2020 James Berry Vineyard checks in as 65% Grenache, 29% Syrah, and 6% Roussanne that spent 18 months in large format oak barrels. It offers a ruby/plum color to go with a solid bouquet of smoky red and blue fruits, savory herbs, pepper, and hints of leather. This ripe, medium to full-bodied, beautifully balanced, and lengthy red has just a kiss of the smoky style of the vintage but carries good tannins and outstanding length.
