Score 91/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Jan 2016
Bright medium red. High-pitched aromas of red fruits, mint, menthol and spices. Juicy, pure and on the lean side, showing a penetrating quality and firm minerality to the flavors of red fruits, flowers and spices. Classically dry, perfumed, firmly structured Chambolle with fine-grained tannins and lovely aromatic persistence.

Very juicy and sweet. Lots of fun with an undertow of chestnuts (as I so often find in Barthod wines). Still chewy. (JR)
