The 2019 Mercurey Vieilles Vignes offers up inviting aromas of raspberries, plums, spices and rich soil tones. Medium to full-bodied, melting and succulent, with lively acids and powdery tannins, it's produced from 30 or so hectares of vineyards and sees 13 months in barrels, 10% of which are new.
