Tasting notes
A really sophisticated wine for this appellation, which is often associated with robust and rustic wines. Full forest berries, generous body and fine tannins, with plenty of wet-earth minerality that drives the very long, velvety finish. Drink or hold.

Aromas of raspberries, cassis, rose petals and coniferous forest floor introduce the 2019 Fixin Le Rozier, a medium to full-bodied, bright and perfumed wine that's fine-boned and mineral, with elegantly chalky tannins and tangy acids. It's a lovely example of the appellation.
