Good deep red. Perfumed aromas of raspberry, minerals and flowers, plus a whiff of smoky oak; fresher and sweeter than the sample of Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vignes that preceded it. Juicy, aromatic and nicely delineated, with floral and minty elements contributing to the impression of inner-mouth tension. But firm, building tannins give this a solid spine too.
