The 2021 Echézeaux Grand Cru offers fresh redcurrant and wild strawberry scents on quite a tensile nose. It gradually knits together nicely with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, fine acidity, crisp and taut with another quite saline finish. Not great depth or grip to be perfectly honest, yet it is well balanced and more-ish.
