(not racked) Red-ruby. Bright aromas of blueberry, crushed stone and animal fur, plus a whiff of underbrush. Densely packed and slightly reduced, but with excellent energy to the dark berry, meat and torrefaction flavors. A distinctly sauvage wine that shows more length and give than the Latricieres.
