0.62 ha (1.53 acres) on clay soils. Mid cherry. Red and black cherries, metallic inkiness; iron. Lovely, fresh acidity – great! Then volume and breadth, amplified with lots of spice. Zinging length here, really driving on, with a saline mouthful on the finish. (MH)

One of the more charming, immediate wines in the range is the 2020 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Procès, a supple, medium to full-bodied bottling that bursts with aromas of plums, kirsch, orange zest and peonies. Fleshy, succulent and giving, it's perfumed and precise.
