Certified Ecocert organic. Picked end of September. Fermented two-thirds in traditional oak barrels and one-third in stainless steel. The wine was kept on the yeast until bottling in July. RS 0.9 g/l, TA 9.1 g/l. A tinge of caramel on the nose. Chamomile flowers, white pithy bitterness, grapefruit. Slightly smoky. The mid palate is a bit hollow but the finish has clench and drive. Good structure, but I'd like more depth and intensity for this price. (TC)

A whole basket of ripe-fruit aromas, ranging from yellow apple through citrus to passion fruit, are married to a juicy medium-bodied palate. The slightly tart finish may be too much for some, but we feel it works rather well. Drink or hold.
