Tasting notes
Reduction dominates the nose at present. Otherwise the meaty, detailed, intense and naturally sweet middle weight plus flavors possess enough punch and minerality to really make a statement on the explosive, sappy and beautifully persistent finish. This is a classically styled Caz that is also built-to-age.

Bright full red. Aromatic scents of red cherry, raspberry and minerals. A step up in clarity and inner-mouth perfume from the Morey premier crus, with a restrained sweetness and fresh framing acidity to its red fruit and rose petal flavors. This sappy, firmly structured wine shows very suave tannins and its rising, sharply delineated finish really perks up the salivary glands. (ST)
