Bright, vivid and dense. Medium to full body with dark berries and wet earth. Floral notes, too. Tight and pretty. Will improve age but drink now.

Pretty rich and evolved on the nose – especially just after the Clos Vougeot (I don’t really understand the Louis Latour tasting order). Firm and more ambitious and structured than many Charmes Chambertins. Lots to get your teeth into here. (JR)
