Tasting notes
Good full red. Complex nose offers black cherry, coffee, chocolate and a whiff of game; very aromatic and very Gevrey. Supple, sweet and flavorful in the middle palate, with notes of red cherry and flowers. Shows some more sauvage earth, leather and animal notes on the back, along with a slightly dry peppery character. This needs a couple years in the cellar.

Good full red. Sexy aromas of red berries, cherry and spices, with a hint of leather. Fat and sweet but a bit clenched today, with sound acidity and very good vinosity. Finishes with dusty, even tannins. A good start to the tasting.
Powerful, fruity nose and lots of gas. Pretty chunky. Heavy, dry tannins. Very dry and slightly fizzy. Very transitional at this stage and impossible to predict likely evolution. (JR)
