Pale-edged red. Red cherry, plum, flowers and a hint of resiny oak. Creamy-sweet in the mouth, with red fruit and game flavors along with an element of resiny surmaturite Finishes with substantial dusty tannins and very good breadth. Am I underrating this?

Red-ruby. High-toned, very ripe aromas of black cherry, bitter chocolate and mint; slightly porty. Then superripe and powerful on the palate; big, deep and just this side of over the top. Finishes with strong, slightly dry-edged tannins. This is about 14.6% alcohol, notes Potel.
