This is Hubert Grivot’s favourite of their Grands Crus – and ours too. They have almost a hectare of the vineyard. It’s a wine that whispers – all delicacy and sweetness, with aromatics that haunt, yet there’s also amazing intensity beneath its ethereal appearance. The definition of “aérien", it’s a wine of stunning vibrancy and brightness with a long, savoury finish.
