Score 91/100 · Drink 2021-2037, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Aug 2021
The 2019 Chablis Terroir de Fyé opens in the glass with notes of crisp green orchard fruit, mint, oyster shell and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, chiseled and concentrated, it's seamless and complete, concluding with a saline finish. As readers will remember, this bottling derives from the lower portion of Chapelot that isn't entitled to the premier cru appellation.

The 2019 Chablis "Terroir de Fyé" has a reserved bouquet that is recalcitrant at the moment. The palate is rounded and a little richer than Piuze’s other cuvées this year, with a little spice toward the finish. For early drinking.
