Score 90+/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous
Dried apricot, nut skin, oak char and vanilla on the nose; reminded me of an Alsace pinot gris vendange tardive. Terrific fruit framed by unusually brisk acids. Penetrating, very long, and in need of four or five years of aging.
