The 2018 Meursault Les Caillerets 1er Cru has tremendous lift on the nose, along with spine-tingling definition and focus to the mineral-rich yellow plum, honeysuckle and hazelnut aromas. The palate is very well defined with great depth, spicier than the Rougeots alongside, and a very persistent finish. This deserves time in bottle.
