Good bright, dark red. High-pitched, airy scents of red cherry, raspberry and rose petal; I would have guessed Chambolle--or perhaps Clos de Bèze. Wonderfully silky, fine-grained and precise, displaying brilliant purity to its juicy red fruit and floral flavors. Perfectly extracted for maximum finesse: there's nothing extraneous or out of place here. Finishes with outstanding juicy, rising length and utterly suave tannins. A nearly perfect Cazetiers in a very refined style.
