Reflecting the character of the year, the 2016 La Mujer Cañón showed much more elegant, aromatic and expressive, with great balance and freshness. It has finer tannins than the 2015 and is softer and more elegant, like the cooler vintage, producing a more relaxed wine, as the 2015 was tighter. 2,300 bottles were filled in February 2018.
