Tasting notes
Pretty nose of wild strawberry, raspberry and exotic perfume. So elegant on the palate - silky red fruit is complemented by tense acidity and finely-ground tannins. The finish is long with lingering flavours of kirsch and sweet spices. Outstanding.

Bright medium red. An initial whiff of reduction blew off to reveal complex scents of strawberry, currant, spices, rose petal and wild herbs. Showing its richness and structure today more than its primary fruit, but this wine boasts outstanding breadth and finesse of texture, plus the underlying salty minerality of the vintage. Finishes with noble building tannins and great breadth and length.
