Score 92/100 · Drink 0-0, Stephen Tanzer, Vinous
Deep, bright ruby-red. Less expressive, more oak-influenced aromas of black cherry and licorice. Then fat and lush in the mouth, with compelling layered texture and terrific mouthfilling sweetness. As primary as this wine is today, it already offers great pliancy and plushness. Finishes with substantial tongue-dusting tannins.
