Score 93/100 · Drink 1993-2005, Robert Parker, Jan 1990
The greatest wine made by this firm in 1987 is their Chambertin. This is what Chambertin is all about-wonderfully perfumed, extraordinarily concentrated, rich and full, and profound in every sense. It is a wine that should be at its best around 1993-1994 and last until 2002-2005. It is a strong candidate for one of the great wines of the 1987 vintage. For those who lament the fact that burgundy does not taste the way it used to, Bouree will change your mind.
