Good bright red-ruby. Sexy aromas of black cherry, herbs, underbrush and smoked meat. Suave and accessible in texture and aromatic in the mouth, conveying an impression of fairly low acidity. Sweet tannins won't get in the way of enjoying this wine soon.

Very rich and rather heavy on the nose. More lift please! Lots of tannin and chew. Solid for the moment. Needs to shed a few pounds. A bit brutal. (JR)

Good deep, bright red. Slightly reduced aromas of red cherry, licorice, minerals and menthol. Juicy and nicely delineated, with bright berry flavors framed by harmonious acidity and complicated by floral and mineral nuances. Structured, serious and persistent for village wine.
