Score 91/100 · Drink 2025-2030, Billy Norris, Vinous, Oct 2025
The 2023 Chardonnay (Anderson Valley) is surprisingly steely and cool-toned for a wine that tends to be a little rounder and more generous. That happens to work quite well in this case. Green apple, chalk, white pepper and sea salt convey a sense of old-school cool, lingering nicely through the juicy finish.

The 2023 Chardonnay Anderson Valley opens with a breezy, saline and floral bouquet that hovers around a core of green apple aromas. The palate is seamless and understated, concluding with a round yet lifted finish that lingers with additional oceanic nuances.
