Score 92/100 · Drink 2028-2033, Luis Gutiérrez, Wine Advocate, Sep 2025
The 2023 J'en Veux Encore is a blend of Gamay, mostly from Fleury, and Pinot Noir from Jura, fermented together in an oak vat. 2023 was a very warm year, and the wine is quite unusual, quite dark and powerful, structured and very different from a sample of unbottled 2024 Fleury that was ethereal and light. This is a little atypical and feels like it might need three or four years in bottle to come around. 4,000 bottles produced.

The main component of the red blend 2023 Je Veux Encore comes from a lot in Fleury on pink granite soils. It shows a deeper color, more terroir and more weight and concentration, and it's low in volatility.
