Score 84-86/100 · Drink 2026-2027, Neal Martin, Nov 2024
The 2023 Bourgogne Rouge Cuvée de Pinson comes from a new parcel in the upper part of Mont Luisants in Morey-Saint-Denis, the vines planted in 2021. It has a light red cherry- and crushed strawberry-scented bouquet. The palate is sweet and candied on the entry. The fruit is clean but very simple, as you would expect from such fledgling vines. Still, it will give easy-drinking pleasure over a couple of years.
