2021 La Bota 131 de Manzanilla “Florpower” MMXXI

The 2021 La Bota de Manzanilla 131 Florpower MMXXI was bottled quite young, with some creaminess and baby fat. This is the idea of the initial Florpower (114—released back in 2022) that was fortified and aged in bota with flor for two years. It's still very young, close to an unfortified white, the wines that are kind of stirring the market right now, still undeveloped and tender, with an undeveloped nose and a better palate that shows a solid and balanced wine with a serious mouthfeel and a chalky texture. 3,900 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2024
