The 2023 Pinot Noir Thomas is a fine example of the Donum house style. Aromatic, punchy and yet also medium in body, the 2023 has a lot to recommend it. Crushed flowers, plum, spice, new leather, cedar and menthol fill out the layers effortlessly.
