Score 88/100 · Jay S Miller, Wine Advocate, Oct 2009

The 2007 Pinot Noir Meredith Mitchell Vineyard reveals herbal notes in its aromatics, less generosity on the palate, and a slightly compact finish. It is a solid effort but not up to the level of the rest of the portfolio. Ken Wright describes 2007 as -?a really difficult year. It challenged me to be really good at farming and to be patient?Luckily it was cool and the fruit remained intact.- All things considered, it appears that Wright performed optimally in this challenging vintage with what nature provided.
