The 2023 Pinot Noir Estates was fermented with 25% whole clusters and matured for 10 months in 35% new French oak. It has layered aromas of wild berries, orange peel, conifer and forest floor. The medium-bodied palate features concentrated, earth-laced flavors and well-integrated oak spice. It’s framed by soft, chalky tannins and has a refreshing finish. 3,282 cases produced.
The 2023 Pinot Noir opens with a cascade of violet and lavender tones that give way to crushed blackberries. Round textures and a lifted personality soothe the palate as vibrantly ripe red and blue fruits swirl throughout. Lively and spry, it leaves nuanced tannins and a tinge of spice while tapering off with medium length.
