From almost two hectares of vines that Lafon owns himself, the 2019 Bourgogne Blanc is vinified and matured in fûts and demi-muids. Medium-bodied, bright and lively, it's a pure, precise wine evocative of citrus zest, white flowers and fresh bread.

Having established Domaine des Comtes Lafon as one of the finest addresses in Burgundy, Dominique Lafon set up an eponymous négociant business in 2008. The vines are all farmed by the Lafon team and the wines generally leaner than those of Comtes Lafon, with less new oak.
