Dominique Lafon

Having established Domaine des Comtes Lafon as one of the finest addresses in Burgundy, Dominique Lafon set up an eponymous négociant business in 2008. The vines are all farmed by the Lafon team and the wines generally leaner than those of Comtes Lafon, with less new oak.

Dominique Lafon took over from his father René at Domaine des Comtes Lafon in 1984, reclaiming the last of the family’s vines and rebuilding the estate’s reputation as one of the finest in Burgundy.
