The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Pony Express hits the palate with tons of depth. Raspberry jam, chocolate, new leather and licorice are all pushed forward. Powerful and yet also sensual, with silky tannins enrobing the fruit, the Pony Express has a lot to say. Hints of espresso and truffle add an exotic flair. There is certainly no shortage of intensity or personality.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Pony Express has a very deep purple-black color and is scented of mocha, beef drippings and sautéed herbs with a core of baked plums, crème de cassis and chocolate-covered cherries. Full-bodied with a very classy backbone of fine-grained tannins and great freshness, it finishes long and minerally.
