Tasting notes
The appellation 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon sports a dense purple color as well as terrific brambly red and blue fruits, tobacco, forest floor, and damp earth-like aromas and flavors. Beautifully concentrated, with a ripe, seamless texture, sweet tannins, and a great finish, it's a classic, complex Cabernet that will evolve for at least 10-15 years, if not longer.

A soft and slightly earthy red with plum, berry and chocolate character. Medium body and round, easy tannins. Drink now.
Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon rolls out of the glass with ready-for-business scents of plum preserves, wild blueberries and boysenberries with touches of red roses, cinnamon stick, cedar chest and black currant pastilles. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has beautiful poise, featuring vibrant black fruit flavors and a fine-grained texture, finishing long and fragrant.
