Score 95/100 · Drink 2014-2034, Robert Parker, May 2011

From a high elevation (2,200 feet) vineyard, this blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc is even more impressive at age ten than it was several years ago. It boasts a dense purple color along with lots of creme de cassis, blackberry, camphor, crushed rock and white flower-like notes, impressive richness, a statuesque, multidimensional mouthfeel and fabulous purity. This pre-adolescent wine will benefit from 3-4 more years of cellaring, and should keep for another two decades. This is a classic! Tel. (707) 942-0707
