Bright ruby-red. Powerful, sharply focused aromas of ripe red berries, potpourri and exotic spices are lifted by a smoky mineral nuance. Broad, seamless and concentrated on the palate, offering intense raspberry, bitter cherry and spicecake flavors that show impressive energy and a sweetening floral pastille quality on the back half. In a generous yet graceful style, betraying no rough edges and finishing with strong mineral drive and velvety tannins that come in late.
