Lots of lifted blue fruits, leafy herbs, flowery incense, and spice notes emerge from the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley, a ripe, sexy, nicely textured 2018 with lots of up-front appeal. It has a touch of chewy tannins, but there's ample fruit and richness. Enjoy bottles over the coming 5-7 years or so.

Hunnicutt's 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a big, opulent wine. Blackberry jam, bittersweet chocolate, licorice, cloves, menthol and espresso give this rich Cabernet tons of intensity. This is an especially flamboyant style, but it all works well.
